The Lumenos HSA plan has two parts: A high-deductible health plan (HDHP) and a Health Savings Account, or HSA. An HSA is like a savings account for your health. If you are temporarily without health coverage, Blue Short Term plan is an affordable plan designed to protect you from unexpected health issues for a short period of time (one to six months).
Dental Blue is an affordably priced dental plan designed to provide maximum choice, while offering you access to a full range of quality dental benefits.
